  • 尊敬的会员：来肇庆鼎湖玩，当天下午才选择了酒店，半个小时左右就已经确认预定了，在鼎湖双创园里，位置很好找，前台接待的小哥哥小姐姐都好nice，很快办好了入住，而且还跟我说晚上有免费夜宵，需要的话就打电话送到房间。 我们的房间在8楼，房间很新，装修简约而时尚，酒店提供的设施和物品都用心而且有品味，风筒也很有质感，并不是一般酒店又吵又热的那种，洗护用品也不错，水温都是贴心的38度，重点是酒店的床可以媲美五星级的舒适度，从细节上就可以看出酒店的用心。 我定了带早餐的，餐厅从主管到服务员都非常热情，需要什么马上会为我们准备，还端到桌子上，虽然是疫情期间人不多，但早餐种类非常丰富，中餐西餐到餐饮几十种，可以满足不同人的口味，而且早餐到10点，晚起也可以赶上吃一个brunch。 肇庆太美太好玩了，我们又在酒店多住了一晚，前台小姐姐帮我们很快办好了续房，还推荐了紫云谷，江滨公园这些好玩的景点给我们，非常感谢他们的热情服务，下次来还会入住！希望可以越办越好，也许一些酒店用品可以走亚朵的路线，让越来越多人认识肇庆的同时也记住这么舒适的酒店，来这里打卡。
  • 会员2270：非常可爱的海底小纵队房间，娃娃都是质量好好的，摸上去好舒服。还有主题的睡衣，鞋子，杯子。最惊喜的是全屋都是智能控制的。孩子非常喜欢。就是空调声音有点大，不会调静音？另外非常点赞这里的早餐，很多品种，装修也是特别新和干净的。希望能保持。下次来肇庆还住这里。前台客服小惠五星好评。
